Job Description
- Handle daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and billing for the interior design firm using Tally.
- Manage day-to-day office administration, files, incoming calls, and emails.
- Track daily office expenses, manage petty cash, and handle vendor payments.
- Follow up with clients regularly for timely payment collections.
- Coordinate smoothly between clients, interior designers, and site vendors.
- Maintain basic accounting documentation and assist with GST/tax compliance.
