Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Assistant / Finance Executive – BDS AI



Work Mode: Work from Office (Mon-Sat) (Office Timings: 10:30-6:30 pm)


Location: BDS AI Hyderabad


 


Key Responsibilities:


Manage and validate employee timesheets for billing accuracy

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records in Zoho Books

Prepare and raise client invoices based on timesheets

Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and transactions

Support month-end closing activities and reporting

Coordinate with internal teams for financial data accuracy

 


Required Skills:


Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals

Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar tools

High attention to detail and ownership mindset

Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
