Civil Draughtsman

We are looking for an experienced 2D Draftsman who is skilled in AutoCAD and has experience in residential construction drawings. The candidate will be responsible for preparing clear and accurate drawings that help our site and execution teams carry out construction work smoothly.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and plans using AutoCAD
• Convert sketches, ideas, and instructions from engineers/architects into proper drawings
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements
• Maintain and update drawings, revisions, and documentation properly
• Review drawings and identify any mistakes or areas for improvement
• Visit construction sites when required to understand project needs
• Explain drawings clearly to site engineers and execution teams
• Support and guide junior draftsmen if needed

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Civil / Architectural Draftsman
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D drafting)
• Good understanding of residential construction drawings (floor plans, elevations, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing drawings
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to work with teams
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred

• Experience in villa or individual house projects
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of drawings
