Job SummaryWe are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Book Keeper Cum Computer Operator to manage daily accounting entries, billing, office documentation, and computer operations. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good computer skills, and the ability to maintain records accurately.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounts and bookkeeping records
• Enter purchase, sales, expense, and payment data
• Generate invoices, quotations, and receipts
• Handle GST bills and basic accounting documentation
• Maintain Excel sheets and company records
• Operate computer systems for office work and reporting
• Manage emails, printing, scanning, and document filing
• Coordinate with sales and installation teams for project data
• Maintain customer payment and pending reports
• Assist management in day-to-day office operations
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer operations
• Familiarity with Tally or accounting software preferred
• Typing and data entry skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work responsibly and maintain confidentiality
