Job Description
Raza Agencies is hiring a full-time Accounts & Inventory Management Executive for our growing gift & packaging business in Hyderabad.
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and trustworthy person who can handle daily accounts, stock management, billing, and inventory tracking at our warehouse/store.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in accounting + inventory operations and wants to work with a fast-growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily sales and purchase entries
Manage stock/inventory records properly
Track incoming and outgoing stock
Handle billing, invoices, and order records
Update Excel / Google Sheets / accounting software
Match physical stock with system records
Coordinate with warehouse team for stock movement
Maintain vendor payment records and expense entries
Prepare basic daily / weekly reports
Ensure accounts and inventory data is accurate and updated
Work Location:
Kattedan, Hyderabad
Timing:
11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
