Job Description:
Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for managing collections, ledger reconciliation, and claim's processing. The role requires strong coordination within teams to ensure timely collections, accurate accounting, and resolution of customer disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer outstanding and follow up for payments
- Maintain and track ageing reports
- Ensure timely collections as per agreed credit terms
- Escalate overdue accounts and high-risk customers
- Perform periodic reconciliation of customer ledgers
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between books and customer records
Required Skills:
- Should speak English, Hindi & Telugu.
- Should have Tally Prime & Excel Knowledge
- Experience in ledger reconciliation and claim handling
- Good communication and coordination skills
