Activities Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic, creative and child focused Early Childhood Play Trainer to join our team at Kidavity Learning Studios for ages 0-6years.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood development and possesses the physical stamina to lead active, movement based play sessions.

As a trainer, you will be the face of our studio, guiding children through structurd play circuits and ensuring a safe, high-energy environment that fosters both physical and cognitive growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Session Leadership - Lead and facilitate structured play circuits, activities and games for children.

Circuit Management - Setup and manage various obstacle course variations as given in the documentation, ensuring the equipment is safe and correctly positioned.

Curriculam Implementation - Follow the Kidavity term-based syllabus while bringing creative energy to every session.

Child & Parent Interaction - Maintain professional and supportive relationships with parents/caregivers and children especially during the sessions.

Safety & Hygiene - Monitor the play hall for safety hazards and maintain strict cleanliness standards for all equipment and studio spaces.

Communication - Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify the instructions for young kids.

Empathy & Patience - a deep understanding of what child needs and ability to manage different temperaments with a calm,postive attitude.

Professionalism - Punctual, reliable and capable of representing the Kidavity brand with a polished, friendly demeanor.
