Admission Counsellor

Having 1-6 years of prior experience in counselling and sales from Ed-Tech/E-Learning ( Technology, Management Courses (or) selling to a technical audience) background is preferred.

● Application Support: Review and process student applications, ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

● Applicant Guidance: Assist prospective students in effectively presenting their applications, including understanding program prerequisites and eligibility criteria.

● Evaluation: Assess applications based on academic qualifications, work experience, and other program-specific requirements.

● Student Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, addressing concerns and providing clear information throughout the admissions process. 

● Proficiency in English, Hindi languages and any other regional languages is an added advantage.

● Strong Communication: Effectively explain program details, admission requirements, and benefits to prospective students.

● Organizational Skills: Manage multiple applications, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records efficiently

● Problem-Solving: Address challenges during the admissions process by finding practical solutions.

● Empathy and Support: Build a welcoming and supportive environment for students from diverse backgrounds.

6 Days/Week with One day Rotational off – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
