Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding students in choosing the right course (IELTS, PTE, Duolingo, Spoken English), providing information about training programs, handling inquiries, converting leads into admissions, and maintaining positive communication with students. The role also requires efficient use of the institute’s CRM system to manage leads and student data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, and WhatsApp messages related to admissions.
• Explain course details (duration, fees, batch timings, training structure, exam process, etc.) in a clear and convincing manner.
• Counsel students based on their goals (study abroad, job, visa processing, or skill development) and suggest the most suitable course.
• Follow-up with leads regularly to ensure maximum admissions.
• Maintain admission records, fee receipts, student details, and follow-up data.
• Coordinate with trainers and management regarding new batches, schedules, and student progress.
• Assist in organizing demos, workshops, and seminars at the institute.
• Promote Ambrits Training Hub through positive communication and service.

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convince and counsel students professionally.
• Good knowledge of IELTS / PTE / Duolingo training (Preferred, not mandatory).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, Google Sheets).
• Friendly, patient, and student-centered attitude.
• Ability to work with targets and achieve monthly admission goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th / Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in student counseling or sales is an added advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged.
