Role Info:

In this role you will be responsible to Counsel working professionals and students to upskill and leverage from Online learning to accelerate their career growth. This is an individual contributor role and emphasizes on spreading the unique and flexible way of learning opportunities available from top institutes and universities. Aspirants require a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Academic /Career Counselling, Edtech Sales, Inside Sales, Tele Sales. Familiar with lead generation, cold calling. Need desire to work in startup kind of environment. 

Key Tasks:

• Understand Customer profiles, interests and explain the learning opportunities available to upskill and upgrade for their career growth.
• Provide one on one counselling and career guidance to prospective candidates.
• To be able to guide and inform on enquired products / services and Handle queries.
• Regularly Upgrade Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, market understanding.
• Should be able to explore ways and means for lead generation
• Create lead pipeline through cold calling and convert them to prospects.
• Strong inclination towards admission targets achievement.

Desired Skills:

• Any Graduate / Post graduate degree
• Have good communication skills in English and telephone etiquette.
• Good Listening and presentation skills. Should be persistent
• Knowledge on Inside sales, Direct Sales , Career Counselling or Academic Counselling.
• Knowledge on Lead Generation, Prospecting , Cold Calling from various sources.
• Exposure to Social media and CRM would be plus with good computer interface.
