Job Purpose
Responsible for proper and compliant Documentation, archieval, retrieval and reporting.
Role is required to manage WH operations, safety and compliance.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Ensure monthly TERM compliance, including ad hoc TERM audits.
- Maintain compliance with all DoT/TRAI guidelines related to subscriber verification (Sanchar Saathi, ASTR, Industry Bulk, NCRP, etc.).
- Engage regularly with authorities and participate in CAG/TRAI workshops.
Compliance & Audit Management
- Drive identification and proactive base compliance.
- Manage internal audits (internal audit & quality audits) and external audits (DoT, LSA TERM, UIDAI).
- Ensure timely execution of audits, including allocation, completion, and closure of non-conformities (NCs).
Key Result Areas / Accountabilities
- Ensure timely access and retrieval of documents for requests from law enforcement agencies.
- Maintain warehouse safety and security norms for safe document storage; liaise with local bodies through the circle admin team.
- Implement a structured timeline for document shredding and consolidation; achieve warehouse synergy targets as per defined timelines.
Key Deliverables
- Ensure end-to-end document compliance.
- Maintain TAT for document submission.
- Achieve zero penalties and zero non-compliance in document submissions.
- Deliver warehouse cost savings through consolidation initiatives.
- Drive warehouse consolidation via document segregation and shredding as per project plans.
- Ensure quality and compliance targets are achieved through partner governance and audits.
- Maintain internal and external audit compliance.
Additional Responsibility
Drive digital adoption in customer servicing by promoting digital channels such as mobile apps, chatbots, and web platforms, enhancing overall customer experience.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- Knowledge on documentation guidelines is mandatory.
- Experience of document and warehousing roles
Must have technical / professional qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate/ MBA with a min 6+ years of experience in various customer service roles.
- WH and TERM mngt experience preferred
- Project Management skills
