Summary:
As an AI Strategy Practitioner, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will apply your industry and artificial intelligence expertise to develop comprehensive data and AI strategies. Your typical day will involve identifying AI value opportunities across the business value chain, creating business cases, and formulating roadmaps that guide the implementation of AI initiatives. You will also work on designing a Data and AI platform and capabilities blueprint, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader talent strategy and operational model. Your role will require you to interact with various stakeholders, facilitating discussions that drive innovation and strategic alignment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative thinking and problem-solving.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in AI to ensure the organization remains competitive and informed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with natural language processing and computer vision.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing AI strategies across various business functions.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
