Job Description

📌 Job Description:

We are looking for a Flight Ticket Booking Executive who will handle airline ticket reservations and customer queries. With minimum 1 year experience

🛠️ Responsibilities:

Handle domestic & international flight ticket bookings

Assist customers with travel plans and fare details

Use booking portals like Amadeus / Galileo / online systems

Manage cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Provide excellent customer support

🎯 Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge

Good communication skills (English & Telugu/Hindi)

Knowledge of air ticketing (preferred, not mandatory)

Customer handling skills
