Job Description - Restrictions

 Maintain database by entering new or updating existing restrictions, upon request of account owners

 Acts as central point of communication and liaison for all restriction related issues company wide.

 Investigate and facilitate resolution to restriction related issues and advise solutions for customer allegations related to restriction violations

 Diligent record keeping is required to document most restriction related updates

Job Title: Analyst Pricing

Shift Timings: 03:00 pm to 12:00 am IST / Flexible with shift timings as per Business needs

Functional Requirement:

1) 2- 5 years of related working experience

2) B.com from an accredited university (MBA will be a strong advantage

3) Strong command over communication (written and verbal) - Speaks/ writes clearly and persuasively, identifying key findings and takeaways and tailoring messaging style to the intended audience; listens well and does not hesitate to request clarification, if required; proactively presents findings and is comfortable speaking in group environments

4) Team Player & Commitment towards role and responsibility; detail oriented

5) Sense of urgency to provide answers when request is from an employee working at customer site

6) we can train the system but need a general understanding of prioritizing and working with others

SK Pricing Key Responsibilities

 Contract creation by using excel

 Calculation of freight and transport as per the request/project

 Ability to work on reports
 Follow-up on all open pricing actions to ensure that customer SLAs are being met; review daily order and invoice reports to identify pricing errors in systems of record and/ or unexpected changes in cost assumptions and recommend the appropriate pricing actions; update tracking tools for deals (quotes) and base oil prices

 And perform other duties as required and prioritized by the VP of Pricing Management

SK Environmental Responsibilities

 Change the fuel flags as needed/request

 Link the chains validating tax exemptions certificates

 Extend the contract as needed/request
