Summary:
As an Application Designer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and define the requirements necessary for developing effective applications. This role focuses on designing solutions that align with business processes and application needs, ensuring that the final product supports organizational goals. The position requires thoughtful analysis and creative problem-solving to translate business demands into functional application designs, contributing to the overall success of projects and enhancing operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify application requirements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application design principles.
- Continuously evaluate existing application designs and suggest improvements to enhance performance and usability.
- Document design specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to Workday.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical design solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques in integration scenarios.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
