Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all related activities. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the applications. The position demands proactive management of project timelines and resources, fostering collaboration among team members, and addressing any challenges that arise during the application lifecycle. The Application Lead plays a crucial role in driving the project forward by maintaining clear communication channels and ensuring that the application meets the desired business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Oversee the end-to-end application development process to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring for junior team members to support their growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align application features with business needs.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong understanding of transportation management systems and their integration within supply chain operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise applications to meet specific business requirements.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
