Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system stability and performance through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex technical challenges.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of application updates.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support processes and reduce incident resolution times.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux.
- Strong knowledge of system administration and command-line tools within Linux environments.
- Experience with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose and resolve application and infrastructure issues.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes to maintain high availability of services.
- Understanding of networking concepts and their application in troubleshooting distributed systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Linux.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
