Job Description

Customer Care Executive

Company Name: BPO Convergence Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Ameerpet, Lal Bungalow, and Capital Tower

Age Criteria: 18 years and above

Educational Qualification: 12th Pass, Graduate, or Postgraduate

Shift Timings:

  • Based on the process requirements
  • General Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Rotational Shifts Available
  • Female candidates: Morning shifts
  • Male candidates: Evening shifts

Weekly Off: Rotational

Language Requirements:

  • Tamil: 40 Openings
  • Malayalam: 25 Openings

Salary Details:

  • Tamil Process: ₹15,000 to ₹18,500 take-home salary (without ESI & PF)
  • Malayalam Process: ₹16,500 to ₹18,500 take-home salary (without ESI & PF)

Interview Timings:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
