Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system stability and performance through innovative problem-solving.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Experience with data pipeline development and maintenance to support large-scale data processing.
- Strong knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows and system integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing environments.
- Skilled in scripting and automation to streamline support and operational tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
