Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the application or system. This role is dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality by utilizing excellent communication to ensure seamless operation of advanced systems. The practitioner carefully identifies client issues and leverages in-depth product understanding to develop effective solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout daily interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and client experience.
- Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud-based deployment and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex application issues.
- Familiarity with version control systems and automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
