Position: Area Sales ManaExperience - 7 – 10 YearsQualification - Any Degreeger (ASM)Language Remandatory. quirement - Fluency in English and respective state language isJoKeRob Location -As per assigned territory / statey Skills Required Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sales teams and business owners Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Leadership and team management capability Business development and relationship-building skills Target-oriented and result-driven approach les  Strong analytical skills for data & presentation& ResponsibilitiesManage and handle franchisees within the assigned territory Supervise Sales & operational staffs at franchise level  Guide franchise partners to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and channelpartners Plan and implement strategies for business growth and market expansion Understand the company sales process and ensure the sales team followsand deliver the same Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management  Support franchisees in marketing and customer engagement activities Identify new business opportunities and improve market penetrationPreferred Candidate Profile Experience in sales management, channel sales, or franchise handling Strong leadership and team coordination abilities Ability to travel within the assigned region Experience in building dealer/distributor networks is an added advantage
