Job Description

Sales & Revenue: Driving the store to meet daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.

Team Leadership: Assisting with staff scheduling, training new employees, and coaching the sales floor team.

Operations: Overseeing opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and inventory control.

Customer Relations: Resolving high-level customer complaints and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience


Experience: 1 to 5+ years in retail, store operations, or a supervisory role.

Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and operational problem-solving abilities.
