Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Sales Assistant Manager to support store operations, drive sales, and lead the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in mobile phone sales, customer service, team handling, and retail operations.
Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for mobiles and accessories.
Guide and motivate sales executives to improve performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory management.
Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.
Maintain store discipline, attendance, and operational standards.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit MIS reports.
Train new employees on product knowledge and sales techniques.
2–5 years of experience in Mobile Retail Sales or Electronics Retail Sales.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and retail billing software.
Ability to work under sales targets and pressure
