About the role

As HRIT Operational Lead, you'll ensure that all our HR technology systems run like clockwork, providing crucial support to our global HR functions. You'll lead the charge in harmonising technology with human potential, guaranteeing seamless HR processes that empower our people strategy. We're looking for someone to champion this role – someone who finds joy in solutions and thrives in a vibrant culture of learning, growth, and teamwork.

Your responsibilities

- Solid experience in HRIT systems, preferably with platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- A knack for resolving system issues with a keen analytical mind.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
- Skilled at juggling multiple tasks without missing a beat in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledgeable about data privacy and committed to maintaining system integrity.
- Aptitude for change management and executing strategic plans effectively.

The experience we're looking for
