Major accountabilities:- Knowledge of well established procedures or a set of un varying routines possibly covered by a set of rules.
- Follows documentation or clear custom and practice.

- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
- Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
