Your Team

 

The team leads strategic and operational initiatives to drive transformations within Corporate Services.   This role is a leadership role in Hyderabad with respect to properties and Corporate Services operations.  In addition, it will support the procurement and travel teams locally.  Many of the resources to be managed are vendors.

 

Your Role

 

  • Responsible for Invesco facilities in Hyderabad

  • Should take a proactive approach to managing engagements and fostering relationships both within the organization and with external partners.

  • Lead Corporate Services India employees and vendors in support of various strategic initiatives

  • Provide consulting, advisory, strategic assistance and decision support to India senior leadership on variety of topics related to strategic priorities, strengthening our mandate, improving contribution to Invesco’s mission

  • Manage internal stakeholder communication and relationships to a high level

  • Ensure organizational adherence to all Corporate Services internal, and related external  regulatory policies

  • Support long-term sustainability of change management initiatives; this role will develop a framework that enables an agile and integrated approach to manage such programs

  • Facilitate deliberations with senior leaders to define and articulate the location strategy, simulating 'so what' scenarios

  • Collaborate with cross functional/business leaders and partners for to ensure operational development and delivery services

  • Communicate and work with senior management globally on appropriate projects

 

The Experience You Bring

  •  Overall 15 years of relevant experience
  • Well versed in the real estate industry, particularly in Hyderabad

  • Strong networking skills essential for assessing market conditions

  • Experience and familiarity with local laws and customs in relation to properties activities

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, set priorities and work both independently and in a team environment

  • Ability to manage and lead local team including vendors, while supporting global goals

  • Excellent  project management and budgeting skills

  • Able to support a stance on corporate property initiatives and make decisions with minimal support

  • Must prioritize customer satisfaction and execution while ensuring a strong focus on client needs and compliance.

  • Shows the potential for strategic thinking and a willingness to continuously learn.

  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels across organization with tact and diplomacy, and with a high level of cultural sensitivity

  •  

  • Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through excellent analytical thinking

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)

  • Open minded, flexible, and willing to listen for other people’s opinions

 

Academic requirements

 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree

  • Master’s Degree is preferred
