Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day Back Office Operations
- Maintain accounts records, billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups
- Assist with GST entries, basic accounting, and reconciliations
- Coordinate with clients for service schedules, queries, and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, MIS, and maintain documentation
- Support management with administrative and coordination tasks
- Ensure smooth communication between operations, accounts, and clients
- Required Skills & QualificationsBasic to good knowledge of accounts (Tally / Excel / GST basics)
- Experience in client coordination or customer support
- Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email handling
