Job Description

Job Role : Back Office Executive

Job Description: 

  Logins, Data Management, Report Generation (MIS & Other Reports)

  Preparing Quotations, Business Sheets & Execl Sheets

  Customer Support Calls & Business Calls

  Department Coordination & HR Assistance

  Supporting The team in other Tasks

Skills Required: 

  Attention to Detail:High accuracy is required to prevent errors in data and financial records.

  Technical Proficiency: Strong command of software like Microsoft Excel, Word, and Business intelligence or CRM tools.

  Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects with strict deadlines.

  Problem-Solving: Capability to identify issues in internal workflows and implement effective solutions

Experience: 0.5 to 2+ years’ related experience preferred

Educational Qualifications : Intermediate (Minimum) to Degree or above

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Job Schedule: Day shift(9:30 AM to 6:30 PM) for Ladies/Girls and Day Shift(9:30 AM to 7:00 PM) & 2nd Shift(12:00 PM to 9:00 PM) for Gents
