Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and takeaway items.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and efficiently.
