Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Bench Sales Marketers & Recruiters. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential candidates for various IT positions, particularly in the night shift hours to cater to the US and Canadian markets. Your primary focus will be on bench sales and recruiting fresh talent.

Responsibilities:

Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Engage with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and career goals.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their availability and preferences.

Collaborate with the sales team to market bench consultants to clients and secure project placements.

Track candidate interactions and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.

Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to effectively match candidates with suitable opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (freshers are encouraged to apply).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Familiarity with IT recruitment processes and terminology is a plus.

Willingness to work night shifts (8:00 PM IST to 5:00 AM IST) with no cab facility provided.
