Job Description

Accounts & Finance Coordination

(Primary Responsibility)

  • Daily accounts entries & bookkeeping
  • Purchase, sales & expense entry maintenance
  • Invoice preparation & billing coordination
  • Vendor payment tracking & follow-up
  • Customer outstanding follow-up coordination
  • Bank reconciliation & payment records maintenance
  • TA/DA & employee expense verification
  • Coordination with CA for GST, accounts & documentation
  • Maintaining proper accounts files, vouchers & records
  • Daily cash flow & payment status reporting to management

Operations & Admin Coordination

  • Attendance & employee report tracking
  • Office administration & document management
  • Coordination with sales & service teams
  • Sales order processing & dispatch coordination
  • Preparing MIS & Excel reports
  • Maintaining systematic office operations and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of accounts & MS Excel
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to handle responsibility independently
  • Systematic, disciplined and detail-oriented working style
  • Experience in accounts/admin/operations preferred


Experience: 2–5 Years Preferred
