Job Description
Accounts & Finance Coordination
(Primary Responsibility)
- Daily accounts entries & bookkeeping
- Purchase, sales & expense entry maintenance
- Invoice preparation & billing coordination
- Vendor payment tracking & follow-up
- Customer outstanding follow-up coordination
- Bank reconciliation & payment records maintenance
- TA/DA & employee expense verification
- Coordination with CA for GST, accounts & documentation
- Maintaining proper accounts files, vouchers & records
- Daily cash flow & payment status reporting to management
Operations & Admin Coordination
- Attendance & employee report tracking
- Office administration & document management
- Coordination with sales & service teams
- Sales order processing & dispatch coordination
- Preparing MIS & Excel reports
- Maintaining systematic office operations and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of accounts & MS Excel
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle responsibility independently
- Systematic, disciplined and detail-oriented working style
- Experience in accounts/admin/operations preferred
Experience: 2–5 Years Preferred
