Job Description

 · Generate and process invoices accurately and on time.

· Verify billing details, service records, and supporting documents before invoicing.

· Ensure all billing transactions are recorded in the system correctly.

· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.

· Maintain billing records and documentation for audit purposes.

· Track pending invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.

· Reconcile billing data with accounts and operational records.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.

· Address customer or client queries related to invoices and billing.

· Ensure compliance with company policies.
