Job Title: BPO Executive – FinTech
Job Responsibilities:
- Speak with customers over phone and understand their requirements.
- Explain company products/services and assist customers.
- Do daily follow-ups with customers.
- Maintain and update customer data in the database.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
