Position: Branch Sales Officer (BSO) / Branch Sales Manager (BSM) Home Loans & MLAP
Company: Leading Housing Finance / NBFC
Job Type: Full Time | Field Sales
Location: Hyderabad (Himayatnagar)
Experience: 1-8 Years (Home Loan / LAP / MLAP / Mortgage Sales)
Salary:
• Home Loan – Up to 6.5 LPA
• MLAP – Up to 4.2 LPA
• Micro LAP – Up to 3.8 LPA
• Undergraduates with 1 yr BFSI Sales – Up to 3.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
• Field sales of Home Loan / LAP / Micro LAP
• Lead generation through open market sourcing
• Sales through DSA / channel partners
• Customer acquisition & relationship management
• Achieve monthly sales targets
Note: Candidates with team handling experience will be considered for Branch Manager (BM) role.
Eligibility:
• Age below 40 years
• Graduate (Mandatory)
• Experience in Home Loan / Affordable Housing / LAP sales preferred
• Field sales background required
