Inside Sales Executive

• Job Title: Inside Sales ExecutiveLocation: Hyderabad (On-site)Salary:Freshers: ₹20,000 per month
• Experienced (1–5 years): ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves interacting with potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales through calls and online communication.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales process
• Requirements:Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus)
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Preferred Qualifications (for Experienced Candidates):1–3 years of experience in inside sales / telecalling / business development
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in real estate / EdTech / BPO is an added advantage
