Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior Agency Manager to lead and grow our agency network in Hyderabad. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents while driving business growth and ensuring performance targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard agents for business expansion
• Train and mentor agents to improve productivity and performance
• Drive sales targets through the agency channel
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
• Develop strategies for agency growth and retention
• Maintain strong relationships with agents and clients
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, agency management, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle targets and work in a performance-driven environment
