Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with exceptional analytical skills to join our team. The successful candidate will leverage their analytical expertise and intellectual curiosity to thoroughly assess business needs and support the delivery of high-quality solutions. This role requires close collaboration with IT business stakeholders to refine requirements and actively drive value creation through rigorous and effective testing procedures.

Comprehensive expertise in analysis, design, and testing is required; familiarity with automation tools is considered advantageous.

A Day in Life Typically Includes:

· Partner with business and technical teams to clarify and document requirements that align with our vision and create value.

· Take ownership of assigned features or projects, ensuring clarity of expectations and desired outcomes.

· Work with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and communicate them to stakeholders, ensuring all dependencies are managed before delivery

· Proactively identify and communicate risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.

AI skills to automate processes and increase productivity with speed

· Document process flows using Lucid or comparable tools

· Develop and implement test cases to verify solutions, with emphasis on both accuracy and user experience while maintaining a process-oriented mindset.

· Identify, document, prioritize, and monitor defects until they are resolved, making sure they are closed promptly.

· Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and traceability matrices to ensure thorough test coverage. Build a scalable Regression Test Suite for release upgrades and carry out execution.

· Review production bugs, take part in root cause analysis and resolution, and make sure relevant updates are added to the Regression Suite to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

· Analyse Current business processes and workflows to optimize efficiency, identify gaps and recommend improvements.

· Continuously develop your knowledge and skills to increase your contribution to the team.

· Collaborate with team members to optimize roles and responsibilities as conditions and team strengths evolve.

Qualifications:

· Aptitude for problem-solving, learning, and adapting in a dynamic environment.

· Interest in both business analysis and software testing.

· Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive, principled culture.

· Degree in B Tech/BE (Specialization in CSE/IT) or M.Sc. (Computer Science) or MBA (preferred IT Applications for Management/Finance) or BCA or MCA.

· Three to five years of experience in web application testing, database testing, business analysis, or data analysis; knowledge of APIs, integrations, and SQL.

· Demonstrated experience with AI tools and the integration of artificial intelligence in both manual and automated business analysis (BA) and quality assurance (QA) processes.

· Relevant education or experience is valued, but passion and potential matter most.

· Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with an emphasis on business and quality analysis.

· Strong communicator with excellent documentation skills, detail-oriented and clear.

· Ability to understand a software application from an end-user point of view.

Preferred Qualifications: Proficient with automation tools and test frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright). Skilled in Core Java, Python, or similar languages. CI/CD experience is a plus.
