Role Description:

The Sales Associate at Kyzen Hotels will be responsible for generating business opportunities, increasing room revenue, and developing strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and other business partners. The role involves identifying potential clients, conducting sales calls, managing inquiries, and promoting the hotel's products and services to achieve revenue targets.

The candidate will be responsible for handling corporate sales, room bookings, group reservations, banquet inquiries, and maintaining regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients. The role also includes preparing proposals, negotiating rates, coordinating with operational departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Additionally, the Sales Associate will assist in market research, competitor analysis, lead generation activities, and implementation of sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through corporate visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, conference spaces, and other hotel services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners.
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and property visits with prospective clients.
  • Handle room booking inquiries, corporate contracts, and group reservations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed business.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B, and Operations teams for smooth guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales databases.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • QualificationsAny Graduate; Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Hotel Sales, Corporate Sales, or Hospitality Sales.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
