Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience to work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to define, document, and support the delivery of system and process improvements. This role focuses on requirements analysis, business process documentation, and supporting Agile delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Business Analysis & Requirements

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, needs, and pain points.
• Elicit and document business and functional requirements using interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state workflows and system requirements.
• Create clear documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
• Perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
• Reconcile conflicting requirements and break down high-level needs into detailed, actionable requirements.
• Obtain stakeholder sign-off on requirements documentation to support scope management.

Agile Delivery & Collaboration

• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria as needed.
• Support backlog refinement by ensuring requirements are clear and complete.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and subject matter experts to clarify requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Assist with testing efforts by reviewing test cases, validating outcomes, and supporting UAT.
• Support system integrations by identifying dependencies and functional impacts.

Communication & Documentation

• Maintain requirements and project documentation in Confluence.
• Deliver clear, well-organized presentations and updates to business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop training materials and support users during system enhancements or releases.
• Ensure solutions align with organizational standards, including privacy and compliance requirements.

Tools, Technologies, and Methodologies

• Scrum or Agile delivery environments.
• Jira for issue, story, and bug tracking.
• Confluence for documentation and knowledge management.
• UI and process design tools such as Figma, Visio, and whiteboarding tools.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Experience supporting solutions that integrate with APIs.
• Familiarity with identity and access management solutions such as Okta.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Hands-on experience supporting Agile teams.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
