Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create meaningful business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. The role includes designing business solutions that align with organizational goals and translating these needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation efforts by preparing business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives is also a key part of daily activities, ensuring that business objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting project implementation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
