Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, and building strong client relationships to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales, cold calling, and networking
- Meet potential clients and explain company products/services
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales
- Report daily activities and performance to the reporting manager
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel and work in field sales
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Basic understanding of sales processes
