Job Description
We are looking for an energetic Business Development Officer who can generate leads, meet clients, and convert them into construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Handle leads from ads, calls & references
- Call & follow up with potential clients
- Fix meetings & explain our construction services
- Convert leads into confirmed projects
- Maintain daily updates in CRM
- Coordinate with execution team after project closure
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Telugu + Hindi/English)
- Basic knowledge of construction/real estate (preferred)
- Strong interest in sales & incentives
- Confident in client interaction
