Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and reach out to new potential clients via cold calling, email, and networking.
- Sales & Negotiation: Build and manage a sales pipeline, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Market Research & Strategy: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to identify new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies, improve brand image, and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and provide regular sales reports to management
