Salary: ₹10,000/month Fixed + Unlimited Incentives (Avg. ₹36,000 – ₹50,000/month take-home)
About the Role
Tech Solvents is hiring Business Development Executives to sell our QR Digital Menu System to restaurants, cafes, and hotels in Hyderabad. You'll visit restaurant owners, demo the product, and close sales — with no cap on how much you can earn.
What You'll Sell
A QR-based digital menu system for restaurants — customers scan a QR code on the table and the menu opens instantly on their phone. No app download needed. Restaurant owners save thousands every year compared to printing paper menus, making it an easy product to pitch.
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000/month (guaranteed, paid every month)
- Premium Plan Incentive: ₹1,000 per closure (no cap)
- Standard Plan Incentive: ₹600 per closure
- Starter Plan Incentive: ₹300 per closure
- Renewal Income: 10% every year a client renews (passive income)
- Milestone Bonuses: Up to ₹5,000 extra for top performers
