Job Description:

We are hiring energetic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with clients, explaining property details, site visit coordination, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up with potential leads

Contact clients through calls and meetings

Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans

Arrange and assist clients during site visits

Build strong customer relationships

Negotiate and close property sales

Maintain sales reports and client database

Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years experience in real estate sales / field sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good convincing ability

Target-oriented mindset

Knowledge of local real estate market is an added advantage

Must have own bike & valid driving license (preferred)
