Job Title: Digital Media Head & Sales Store Executive

Job Description

SREEKA HOME FOODS is looking for a dynamic and responsible Digital Media Head & Sales Store Executive to manage both our retail store operations and digital presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales, inventory management, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer sales at the counter and provide excellent customer service.

Perform billing using POS systems and manage cash, card, and UPI transactions.

Sell sweets, hot snacks, pickles, and other traditional food products.

Ensure proper product display, packing, and cleanliness of the store.

Monitor the availability of raw materials and finished goods.

Maintain daily stock records and coordinate stock movement between all branches.

Prepare and update inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.

Plan, create, and publish daily content (photos, reels, offers, promotions) on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.

Manage digital marketing campaigns and increase online visibility of the brand.

Coordinate with management to promote seasonal offers and new product launches.

Support smooth day-to-day store operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail sales, food & beverage, supermarket, sweets/snacks store, or a similar role.

Hands-on experience in Digital Media Marketing, Social Media Management, and Microsoft Excel.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Language: Telugu (Basic English/Hindi is an added advantage).
