About Yummpys:

Yummpys is a fast-growing food brand specializing in Maggie, Rice Bowls, and Indo-Chinese cuisine, built for today’s fast, affordable, and high-volume consumption. We are on a mission to dominate college canteens and corporate food courts with our scalable and high-demand menu.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a highly aggressive and street-smart Business Development Manager who can crack deals, open doors, and close locations fast. Your core responsibility is to expand Yummpys across top colleges, tech parks, and corporate campuses in Chennai.

This is not a desk job — this is a pure field + closure role.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire high-footfall college canteens and corporate food court spaces

Build strong connections with:

College admins / trustees

Corporate facility heads

Food court aggregators & property managers

Pitch Yummpys concept (Maggie + Rice Bowls + Chinese) as a high-margin, high-demand food solution

Handle end-to-end deal closure:

Site identification

Commercial negotiation

Agreement signing

Push for fast conversions and quick onboarding of outlets

Coordinate internally to ensure smooth launch within timelines

Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently hit monthly acquisition targets

What We’re Looking For:

2–5 years experience in:

Business Development / Field Sales

F&B / QSR / Food Court Leasing / Franchise Expansion

Proven track record in closing institutional deals (colleges, corporates, malls)

Strong local network in Hyderabad is a major advantage

Hustler mindset – someone who can chase, convince, and close deals

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

KPIs (Performance Metrics):

Number of canteens / food courts acquired per month

Revenue potential of signed locations

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Very High Incentives per Deal Closure
