Job Description

We are looking for a pleasant, confident, and service-oriented Tele Caller (Sales) to connect with potential customers, explain Haridra’s home care services, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. The role plays a key part in building trust with families seeking reliable care for their loved ones.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Lead Handling & SalesMake outbound calls to enquiry leads received via QR code scans, website, WhatsApp, and referrals
  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and empathetically
  • Clearly explain Haridra’s services:
  • Home Cook Services
  • Baby Care & Nanny Services
  • Japa Maid Services
  • Elder Care & Patient Care Services
  • 2. Customer ConsultationUnderstand customer needs such as:
  • Type of service required
  • Duration (full-time / part-time / live-in)
  • Location and urgency
  • Guide customers through our 3-step process:
  1. Paid Consultation
  2. Perfect Match & Trial
  3. Seamless Care with 24/7 support
  • 3. Conversion & Follow-upsConvince customers to book paid consultations and trials
  • Perform regular follow-ups to close pending enquiries
  • Maintain a polite, patient, and reassuring tone at all times
  • 4. CRM & ReportingRecord call details, customer requirements, and outcomes accurately
  • Share daily call and conversion reports with management
  • Required Skills & QualitiesCommunicationFluent in Telugu (mandatory)
  • Basic English communication required
  • Ability to speak calmly, clearly, and persuasively
  • Behavioural SkillsFriendly, patient, and service-minded attitude
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations (elder care, baby care, patients)
  • Trust-building and relationship-oriented approach
  • Technical SkillsBasic knowledge of mobile phones, WhatsApp, and calling apps
  • Experience with tele-calling or customer service is preferred (but not mandatory)
  • EligibilityWomen candidates preferred
  • Minimum qualification: 10th / Intermediate / Any graduation
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
  • Prior experience in home care, healthcare, or service sales is an advantage
  • Working HoursFlexible shifts (Day shift preferred)
