Job Summary
We are hiring Business Development Managers for a client in the travel industry. Candidates with around 2 years of experience in sales, especially calling-based sales, are preferred. The role involves handling customer interactions, generating business, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales through outbound and inbound calls
- Identify customer needs and promote travel services
- Convert leads into confirmed business
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with potential clients to close deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions
Requirements
- Around 2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Experience in calling-based sales (mandatory)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge
Work Details
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
