🚀 About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and driven candidates to join our Business Development team. As a trainee, you will work on college outreach, student engagement, and program promotions to drive enrollments.

  • 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with colleges, universities & institutions
  • Coordinate with TPOs for partnerships & tie-ups
  • Conduct presentations & awareness sessions
  • Engage with students via calls, visits & online platforms
  • Counsel students on courses & career opportunities
  • Generate leads and convert them into enrollments
  • Promote programs on WhatsApp, LinkedIn & Instagram
  • Execute campaigns, referral programs & events
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports and achieve targets
  • 🎯 EligibilityFinal-year students / fresh graduates (Any degree / B.Tech)
  • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Telugu preferred)
  • Confident, target-driven & self-motivated
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
